Cancellation Policy

• Up to 21 days before arrival, free cancellation of the reservation is allowed, with a full refund of the deposit paid.
• From 20 days to the day of arrival, the entire deposit amount will be retained.
• For “Non-refundable” rates, immediate payment of the full booking amount is required, and no refunds are provided in case of cancellations, modifications, or no-shows.
• Changes to the booking may result in the original room type no longer being available.

In case of early departure, the cost of 3 nights will be charged according to international regulations.

All cancellations and/or changes to the booking must always be made via email.
